The neck area was well worn on both items, you can see it’s second hand I bought for Xmas presents, not even supplied in a plastic bag you only put both items in a delivery bag my wife rewashed them and added fabric cleaner so they would smell better, I do honestly believe I could of bought better in a charity shop or boot sale I will never by from your company again, only sending this reply because you contacted me.
