Returns & Refunds

To start a return, please log into your Designer Clan account.

1. Click the Account link in our menu, or use the button above.
2. Sign in using the same email address you used at checkout.
3. Open the order you’d like to return and click Request a return.
4. Follow the steps shown to submit your return request.

All returns are handled in line with our refund policy.

If you can’t access your account (for example, you used the wrong email at checkout), please use the form below and our team will get back to you within 24 hours to assist with your return.
